On our cider-farm we produce different kinds of pear cider.
From our own fruits we grow more than 10 different varieties from which we produce also fruit juices, many different kinds of schnapps, liqueurs, and jam.
And last but not least we produce vinegar, our award winning “pear balsamic vinegar”.
At the same place we are running a “Heuriger” – a special kind of gastronomy. There you can eat local homemade traditional food, like salted and smoked pork, varieties of cheese, homemade dark bread to name a few.
With this food you can enjoy our perries, a sweet one or one which is rich in acidity.
For groups of more than 20 people we offer a special tasting called “The fruits of the Mostviertel”:
You can taste sparkling cider, different sorts of pear cider, juice, vinegar and a special fruit-chocolate.
While you taste our products you will get a special insight of our region and the world of cider barons. The baron personally will guide you. After tasting you can have a look through our cider cellars.
Price per person: € 7.90 (at least 20 people)
After tasting you have the possibility to purchase the products in our shop.

Throughback the last 40 years Grandpa has collected more than
22.000 tools, equipment and so on in the region, which can tell you about the living and the culture of farmers and craftsmen in the region.
This museum is also in our house.
He will show it to you personally. – But he doesn’t speak English!
